The hotel has private parking, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check in was very smooth. We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

Near the accomodation were plenty of Pubs, Cafes and restaurants to choose from (still quiet for good night sleep). All the main attractions are in walking distance. The host margaret is a lovely lady who went beyond our expectations of a great host - welcoming, friendly, great recommendations, even sent us some things we forgot. Highly recommended staying there!
