After a complaint was made I received a call from the deputy manager at time. She was lovely and understanding and apologised. Room, bathroom and common areas were great and spotless clean. You could borrow towels, hair dryer, band-aids, etc., which was really convenient. Breakfast was amazing, and I would also recommend singing up for the common dinner and pub crawl, I had a blast!

Ronnie is a “Winner!” He was so helpful in every way, from recommending wonderful restaurants to literally offering to drive us into the city to relieve the stress of us driving ourselves and finding a place to park. Dinner was an issue as were were unaware that the restaurants around the location closed at 8 pm, and we had arrived around 30 minutes before closing and could not get any food, so we had to settle for fast food.

The hotel also offers dinner and drinks menu if you are too lazy to go eat out. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Galway. Plus, the staffs are very nice and helpful 🤩
