The Inn was beautiful. We were a little worried in checking in as the check in area was very small and the elevator only held 2 people. But when we to upstairs and were shown to our room we were amazed. It was beautiful. It has a huge bathroom with heated floors. The restaurant was full of character and the food was fantastic. It was a great place to stay, so close to Kilkenny and Waterford.

This is a very small village, but it was located 15 minutes up the M2 from Waterford, so it was conveniently located. The village was very small, so other than the Inn, there was not much there. This was definitely a tavern first and Inn second as the check-in desk was a bit cluttered and not very attractive. However, the rooms were very nice and the inn was quaint and historic.

Friendliest staff I've ever come across at a hotel. They all seemed happy to be there. Can't commend them enough. The food menu was simple but very good. Best burger I've had in Ireland. The room was very well furnished and very modern despite the rustic appearance of the Inn, making for a very comfortable stay in a lovely setting.

Amazing rustic small village Inn with just perfect rooms to stay for the night. Cleanliness of the room is 10/10. Room quality matches a Hilton hotel room no doubt. Been to more expensive and less appealing hotel rooms before from international chains. The service is very welcoming and the staff is just so easygoing and helpful. The chef/ kitchen staff also top notch, the food quality is just excellent.

The Garrandarragh Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The tavern part is a beautiful stone-walled structure built in the 17th Century, while the hotel rooms are modern and comfortable. We had a great stay and the owner Richard was a pleasure to deal with. Top marks for the food also, which was exquisite.
