Right on the main Ring of Killarney road, and worth a stop.
Right on the main Ring of Killarney road, and worth a stop. You can get to the bottom of the falls in 5-10 minutes, or you can take a couple of hikes up the hill if you have the time and energy. It is well worth a look.DebraUnited States of America - 10Scored 10
This waterfall was absolutely beautiful and totally worth...
This waterfall was absolutely beautiful and totally worth the trip! However, we had no idea the length or incline/decline of the trail to get to it. I had read previous to going that it was about a 5 minute hike. This was untrue. It probably took us (2 young adults in their 20's) about 20 minutes to the waterfall and about 40 minutes back out. There are a LOT of stairs hiking down to the waterfall which makes hiking out much more exhausting. Overall, definitely worth the trip but take water and plan on it taking at least an hour round trip.Jordan - 10Scored 10

If you have the chance try to grab a jaunting ride up to the waterfall area from in front of Muckross House. Our horseman was quite chatty and informed us about local history and even specific types of trees on our ride, very worthwhile! I believe we payed 40 Euros for 3 people.

- 8.8Scored 8.8ExcellentRated excellent· 982 reviewsLovely B&B very convenient to town. walked to restaurants, jaunting cars, the National Park, etc. Right on the Muckross Rd so very direct to the Ring of Kerry, Torc Waterfall, Ladies View and more. The rooms were large, beds very comfortable, showers exemplary with excellent water pressure. The staff, including Mary, the hostess, Anita and others who I’m sorry I don’t know by name were all very accommodating and friendly. Food was great.
