The heating was good, everything clean, and we were offered a change of accommodation on arrival but unfortunately we did not avail of this as we did not realise there were disadvantages in the lodge we were assigned.

We stayed in the lodge itself but there are glamping options also including a trawler and railway carriages. Staff were super friendly, really welcoming. I believe there is live music and fish/chip wagon there at the weekends which we visited last year couldn’t fault it great atmosphere.
