Situated in Cavan, within 17 km of Maudabawn Cultural Centre and 25 km of Monastery of Kells, The Bailie features accommodation with a bar and as well as free private parking for guests who drive. On first impression you would think a 2 star would be sub standard parts of it is just the decor & well worn setting in the front bar however the rooms are of a 4 star quality ( brand new refurbished) there is alot to aesthetically but the welcome we recieved was second to none nothing was a problem . The beds are super comfortable along with an excellent shower & complimentary toiletries/ tea coffee . The food was great value for money and the burgers delicious, staff although all young had excellent customer service skills . We had to leave early and the chef came in 1hr earlier to ensure we had a breakfast, and gave us fresh fruit salad and homemade scones to go . Thanks to Pat for opening up the dining room earlier . We will definitely return .

With an 18-hole championship golf course, a 20-metre pool and a luxurious spa, Slieve Russell Hotel is set within 300 acres of grounds. the food was delicious the comfort of the hotel was great with lots of comfortable seating. swimming pool was clean and spacious

Viehättävässä maisemapuutarhassa Irlannin Lakeland District -alueen sydämessä sijaitseva Hotel Kilmore tarjoaa viihtyisiä huoneita, ravintolan ja 2 baaria. Cavanin keskustaan on lyhyt ajomatka. Breakfast was basic eggs sausages etc but it was very nicely laid out. As a Muslim I could only have the eggs and toast. Everything was amazing..

In 1,300 acres of country estate, the luxurious Farnham Estate Spa and Golf Resort has a spa with an outdoor infinity pool, forest walkways and an 18-hole golf course. Cavan Town is 3 km away. Room had everything I needed just where I needed it. I loved the layout. It made staying there so easy, I didn't want to leave.

Situated in the centre of Cavan town on the main street, The Farnham Arms Hotel features a bar and restaurant. Location could not be better. It is on Main Street so bang in the centre of Cavan. All staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My room and bathroom were spacious, with a kettle and tea and coffee, a hair dryer and a safe box - all in great working order. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet even though it was in the middle of town. There was also an ironing board and iron outside in the corridor for guests' use which was a great idea. Breakfast was very adequate with a good choice. I had meals in the Carvery and also the bar, both of which were very good value. I would highly recommend this hotel.
