The Killeshin Hotel is one mile from Portlaoise and junction 16 off the M7 motorway. It offers a bistro, an indoor pool, hot tub, a gym and free parking. Everything about the hotel was fab, we arrived to the genuinely welcoming smile of front receptionist Nina, an absolute pleasure to deal with, helpful informative and just lovely. The room was great, we had breakfast delivered and it was scrumptious. On leaving we met Jonathan, again a fantastic representative funny and extremely helpful. We'll be visiting again thats for sure!!

The Midlands Park Hotel is a luxurious 4-star property located in the centre of Portlaoise and a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station. La habitación amplia y cómoda, nos decepcionó un poco que los huéspedes no tuvieran preferencia en las reservas del restaurante y no poder cenar en él después de esperar una larga cola. En el desayuno pedimos un café expreso por el que cobraron un extra totalmente abusivo.

The Heritage offers 4-star accommodation in Killenard. Set within private gardens, guests may enjoy the on-site features including a leisure centre, award-winning spa, and on-site bars and... Everything about the stay was perfect - the experience was excellent from Check-in, food service to Spa Facility we were met with the same excellent service standard, where nothing was too much trouble to accommodate our needs during the stay. The location is super convenient to M7 would highly recommend and I will definitely return.

El Maldron Hotel se encuentra junto a la salida 17 de la autopista M7, a solo 5 minutos en auto del centro de Portlaoise y del parque O'Moore. Fantastic staff! Friendly courteous and superbly efficient. Could not have asked for better service and pleasurable staff

The breakfast was freshly prepared with local produce and served on beautiful crockery. The beautiful Georgian house is in the most tranquil setting.

El Kearney's Cottage B&B se encuentra en Killenard, a solo 2,4 km de la roca de Dunamaise, y ofrece alojamiento, salón compartido, jardín y recepción 24 horas. Clean, modern and a short walk to the Heritage hotel (path and street lights the whole way) Great breakfast too.

El Preston House se encuentra en Abbeyleix, a menos de 1 km de la Casa del Patrimonio, y ofrece alojamiento con terraza, wifi gratis y cocina compartida. Charming old house with a lot of history. Spacious rooms and perfectly cleanliness. Comfy beds. Kitchen available to use. On our trip in Ireland this was the best value, cleanest and nicest stay of them all.
