The staff was amazing. The weather was cold and rainy, so we ate in premises for lunch and dinner, and these were two of our favorite dining meals of the entire trip! Limerick was not a planned stop. Super nice staff, nice room, nice amenities, very friendly pub/restaurant next door. All super good.

With views from the idyllic location on the River Shannon waterfront in Limerick City Centre, Clayton Hotel Limerick offers free WiFi throughout and access to the Waterfront Restaurant, Grill Bar and... The personnel was very friendly. At the reception they speak multiple languages. The view on the Shannon river is awesome. The rooms are very large. We loved the gym and the swimming pool.

Situated in the heart of Limerick, the 4-star award-winning Limerick Strand Hotel is next to the River Shannon. What a lovely hotel; Arrived at 6pm having spent all day travelling (flights/car hire), was greeted very warmly by the reception staff who very kindly made a booking for the restaurant. Hotel is very "classy", lovely reception area, really nicely laid out. The room was great, super comfy bed, & the Rituals shower accessories was a classy touch. Food in the restaurant was delicious, lots of staff on duty who provided a very friendly service. Car park had loads of spaces, & the lift takes you right up to the reception area. This, & its sister hotel in Galway, are both superb hotels, & I'll definitely be staying in them again.
