Situated in Dundalk, the family run Ballymascanlon Hotel and Golf Resort is set within 130 acres of parkland. We had a late check in due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were so accommodating. Breakfast was first class and our two boys loved the pool facilities. We will definitely be back.

The Gateway Hotel Dundalk, where extraordinary experiences and unmatched service await you. The staff were very nice. The hotel lobby was very impressive. The room exceeded my expectations, and was very luxurious. Full coffee, tea and hot chocolate was provided with the kettle, and two cartons of water. The breakfast was very good.

Escape to The Carrickdale for comfort and indulgence on the Cooley Peninsula. It has a leisure centre, a fitness centre and the therapeutic Serenity Spa. The absolutely gorgeous hidden garden across the street from the hotel- we spent over an hour there - so many pretty flowers and plants to look at! The cafe was good as well with a lovely view of the gazebo and flowers

Originally built in 1867, this charming town house has been tastefully renovated in a modern style, whilst retaining its historic charm, with stained glass windows and high coved ceilings. Beautiful property with cool rooms. Coffee and tea was brought to our room when we arrived. The bed was really comfy and we slept well. It was a great place to explore the city. The free parking was nice too.
