Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.
