It would be equally as nice during the winter as the summer. There is so much to see and do in this area. Despite the rain etc the place is in a beautiful setting. The resort blends into the surroundings perfectly. It is idyllic and we all said we would definitely return.

The rooms are very big but not well decorated for waht one would expect for the price. The breakfast was self service in a rather crowded dinning room. Is overpriced

Gorgeous views from the restaurant and our upstairs bedroom had a balcony to really breathe it all in. The 814 restaurant food was terrific and really speedy service and attention from the waiting staff. The spa and adventure staff were lovely and we had a great mix of relaxation and new experiences. We rented bikes but found the track a bit confusing. Breakfast was plentiful but had to ask for waffles for the kids & poached eggs for myself. It would be nice to be offered so communication would have helped. Reception & staff were always polite & helpful. Would definitely go back

It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there was a warmth and congeniality to the staff and the fellow guests. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious.
