Owners were really helpful if we needed anything and it was very good value for money. The hot tub and VIP area were a highlight with lots of little touches and details which made our girls trip feel special. Could not recommend enough!!!

Quiet, surrounded by fields. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own dinner and breakfast the following morning. Host supplied condiments for kitchen and left us tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. Large sleeping space on second floor with two large comfortable beds.

Very clean and comfortable. Halloween decorations added for our stay in October made the kids really happy. Would definitely stay again as it’s a great location…a short drive to letterkenny and surrounding areas.

The cottage is so cute - just like the photos. We were surrounded by fields. It was lovely to have breakfast in the morning and seeing a cow walking past the window :) . The area is so beautiful as well; some amazing beaches near by. Conor was very friendly and explained to us everything we needed to have a nice stay. We had a great time; super relaxing. The cottage is dog friendly and my dog was really happy to be playing with her balls on the property gardens. I just would like to mention that it's important to have a well behaved dog if you are going with one. The garden is partially secure - not a problem with a "Velcro dog" like mine as she was always close by - but some supervision is necessary.

I cannot say enough about this place . It was outstanding and I will definitely be back . Seamus the manager was such a great help. The property was perfect in every way . Downing was the most beautiful and relaxing place I have ever visited . Looking already to book it for next year

Very kind and prompt responses :) I would easily have stayed for a whole week (we stayed for 3 nights).
